How Do Instructor-Led Courses Work?

Written by Andrew McLaughlin

Instructor-led courses combine educational materials with scheduled instruction from a course instructor.

Depending on the course, students may receive:

  • Scheduled class sessions

  • Instructor guidance

  • Course materials

  • Assignments or activities

  • Question-and-answer opportunities

Course schedules, meeting links, and access information are generally provided through course materials or related course communications.

Students should review course materials regularly for updates regarding:

  • Class schedules

  • Meeting links

  • Instructor information

  • Course announcements

If scheduled class information appears to be missing or incorrect, Student Help can assist with review.
