Results will show in the member area under MyAAPC>Exams in the exam details. Results are never given over the phone. Additionally, you will receive an email notification when your results are available in your AAPC account. Delays in result processing may occur due to high exam demand, recent updates to exam formats, and thorough review and quality assurance processes conducted by certified professionals.
Results for specific exams vary: RCMS exam results are generally available within 5–7 business days, COSC exam retests take 7–10 business days, and Beta CPC-M exam results are released within 7–10 business days without waiting for a specific date.
Due to the grading process of the CIC exam it may take 10-15 business days after the exam has taken place. Reviews of first exam attempts typically take 3–5 business days, providing additional clarity on the grading process.
