If you cancel or reschedule your exam date/time prior to 24 hours before the start of your exam, there will be no fee. You may not reschedule or cancel your testing appointment less than 24 hours in advance.

If you do not show up to a scheduled exam, OR you do not meet the requirements to take the exam, this will be considered a no-show and your exam voucher will be cancelled and a new voucher must be purchased (or a 2nd attempt used, if available) to reschedule.
