Standard Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Exams canceled or rescheduled more than 14 days before the scheduled appointment may be changed without an additional fee.
Exams canceled or rescheduled between 14 days and 2 days before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
Exams cannot be canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Requests made within that timeframe will be blocked by the scheduling system.
This policy applies to both testing-center exams and Live Remote Proctor (LRP) exams.
