Practicode is an online platform designed to help you practice and improve your medical coding skills. In this article, we will guide you through the steps to access your Practicode account.
After purchasing Practicode, please note that you will receive an email containing your login details within 24-48 hours. This enables access to your account and ensures your purchase has been processed.
Step 1: Navigate to https://practicode.aapc.com/
The first step to access your Practicode account is to go to the Practicode website. You can do this by typing the URL https://practicode.aapc.com/ into your web browser's address bar and hitting enter.
Step 2: Enter your Username and Password
Once you are on the Practicode website, you will need to enter your Username and Password to log in to your account. Your welcome email contains this information, so make sure to have it handy. If you have not received a welcome email, please call us at 800-626-2633.
If you don't receive the welcome email containing your login details within 24-48 hours of purchase, check your spam folder or contact support. Please note that your username could either be your member ID without leading zeros or the email address associated with your account.
Once you have entered your login credentials, click on the "Log In" button to access your Practicode account.
Forgot your password?
If you have forgotten your password, don't worry! You can easily recover it by clicking on the "Recover your Password" link on the login page. Follow the instructions provided to reset your password and regain access to your account.
If the reset process doesn’t seem to resolve the issue, you can attempt to log in by using your member ID without leading zeros or the email address associated with your account. Additionally, resetting the password by generating a new one via the ‘Forgot/Reset Password’ option ensures access to your account. Bookmarking the page for future logins can also save time.
