3. Click 'Courses and Exams'

From the drop-down menu, click on the "Courses and Exams" option. This will take you to a page where you can view all of your Exams.

4. Click the title of your exam

Finally, locate the title of the exam you have taken and click on it. This will take you to a page with all of the details and results of your exam.
