How to Cancel Your Exam

If you need to cancel or reschedule your exam for any reason, you can easily do so by following these steps:

1. Log into your account on https://www.aapc.com/

First, you will need to log into your account on the AAPC website. If you do not have an account, you will need to create one before proceeding.

2. Click on your name in the upper right

Once you are logged in, click on your name in the upper right corner of the page. This will open a drop-down menu.

3. Click the 'Courses and Exams' link

In the drop-down menu, click on the 'Courses and Exams' link. This will take you to a page with a list of all your Exams.

4. Click the title of the exam you'd like to cancel

Scroll through the list of items until you find the exam you would like to cancel. Click on the title of the exam to open its details page.

5. Click the 'Cancel This Exam' link

On the exam details page, click on the 'Cancel This Exam' link. This will open a pop-up window and should bring you to the login page for Meazure Learning.

6. Login to Meazure Learning

Using the login credentials sent to you in the Notice to Schedule email, log in to Measure Learning.

7. Click Reschedule / Cancel

At the top of the page click on Reschedule/ Cancel

8. Click Reschedule / Cancel Again

Here you will see your scheduled exam. To the right you will see a link to Reschedule/Cancel.

9. Choose to Reschedule OR to Cancel the Appointment

If you are ready to look at new dates you can select reschedule. If you need more time you can simply cancel and return to Meazure Learning to reschedule when you have dates in mind for your next exam.

9. Confirmation

Once you have either rescheduled/canceled the exam you will receive a green message confirming you have done so successfully.
