Refunds for exam vouchers are only available if the purchase meets AAPC's refund policy criteria. These criteria include being within 30 days of purchase and satisfying other stated conditions. If the purchase is older than 30 days, it is not eligible for a refund, and unused vouchers will be forfeited if not used before expiration.
Non-Transferability: Unused exam vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be applied to a different credential or exam. This includes second attempts on CPC exam vouchers, which cannot be switched to another exam.

Expiration: Expired exam vouchers cannot be used. If your voucher has expired, you will need to purchase a new membership (if required for the exam) and a new exam voucher to schedule the exam.
