Is there a transcript that lists my completed courses with grades?

AAPC does offer a transcript that lists your completed courses with grades. This transcript can be requested if you have purchased the course through AAPC directly or through a third party.

If you have purchased the course through AAPC directly, you can request your transcript by emailing aapclearning@aapc.com. Please provide your name, member ID, and the course(s) you have completed in your request. If you have any additional needs, such as a signature or letterhead, please include these requirements in your request email.

If you have purchased the course through a third party, you will need to reach out to the school or institution where you purchased the course to request your transcript. They will be able to provide you with the necessary information and documentation.
