Prepare the next generation of healthcare professionals by becoming an AAPC-Approved Instructor.

Career Advancement

Take your career to the next level as an AAPC-Approved Instructor. You can start your own program, or teach anywhere AAPC's curriculum is taught: schools, hospitals, physician offices, and more.

Student Success

Set your students up for success with a curriculum that averages an 83% pass rate, is tailored to the needs of your students, and can be taught online or in-person.

Collaboration Opportunities

Being an AAPC-Approved Instructor opens the door for new and exciting opportunities with AAPC. Since less than 10% of AAPC members are licensed to teach our curriculum, we rely on this elite group to help us develop and update courses, share experiences at events, and be part of exclusive committees.

Teaching Resources

We'll provide everything you need to help your students succeed, including interactive lectures, quizzes, an online learning management system (LMS), and exams. Plus, you'll enjoy discounts on AAPC books, exams, study guides, and memberships.

Networking and Support

Teachers need support. That's why we provide our instructors with networking opportunities, teaching aids, an instructor forum, and annual workshops.

We are here to help you every step of the way. If you don't meet any of these requirements, let's work together until you do.
