The ABC Legal Services Process Server Advisory Council is a dedicated group of experienced field professionals who act as a direct bridge between our network of process servers and ABC Legal leadership — informing policy, advocating for server safety, and helping shape the future of our community.
Meet Our 2026–2027 Council Members
Celeste Allen — Redmond, Oregon
A Criminal Defense paralegal and advocate for human trafficking victims, Celeste brings both heart and experience to Central Oregon's process serving community. Mom to two boys, she knows firsthand why server safety is non-negotiable — and she's committed to ensuring process servers are recognized as essential to justice.
Lisa Ramirez — Los Angeles, California
LA-based with three years of industry experience, Lisa has a passion for creative problem-solving. When she's not serving, you'll find her exploring the outdoors or discovering new restaurants with friends. Her focus: enhanced field safety, smarter workflows, and stronger partnerships between servers, courts, and clients.
Joe Valencia — South Central New Mexico
Serving South Central New Mexico, Joe balances process serving with his role as a Firefighter/Medic — so he knows a thing or two about showing up under pressure. His goal on the council: act as a direct bridge between those in the field and ABC Legal.
Teressa Chicago — Tucson, Arizona
With over a decade of experience since 2015, Teressa brings deep field knowledge from Tucson. An avid hiker and swimmer, she loves traveling to visit her adult children in South Texas and South Florida. She's focused on bridging the gap between field servers and office staff through insight and inspiration.
Erick Campos — Palm Bay, Florida
A Space Coast native, Erick has been around process serving since the 1990s with six years full-time in the industry. When he's not working, he's cheering on the Dolphins or catching a Pearl Jam show. His mission: deliver honest, constructive feedback that helps ABC Legal keep improving.
