Requirements to Qualify for Rush Fee:
The job is advertised as a rush job.
The job is attempted within 24 hours of claiming it.
Attempts are made every 24 hours thereafter.- Failure to meet these requirements will result in forfeiture of the Rush bonus, and the payout will reflect only the base service rate or applicable non-bonus rates.

How to Locate Rush Orders in ABC Mobile App:
🗺️ Via the Map View
Rush orders will be ORANGE pins.
📑 Via the List View
All rush orders will have an ORANGE tag with the word “Rush” beneath the job details.

Missing Rush Bonuses
If a Rush bonus is missing from your payout, it can be manually added to the affected job(s) after review. Contact support to address this issue.
Non-Rush Jobs and Serve today Reminders
Jobs that are not explicitly designated as "Rush" are not eligible for Rush bonuses, even if the app displays "serve today" reminders. Reminder behavior does not change the job type. If you claim a non rush service job and after claiming the job acquire the "Serve today" reminder please reach out to process server support for assistance and review.
