ABC Legal Service - Arizona Summer 2026 Incentive Program. By option in, you agree to these terms.
1. Invitation only. Offered solely to individually invited AZ-based servers. Not open to the general server population, non-transferable, and not to be shared. Only invited individuals who opt in are eligible.
2. Opt-in required. You must affirmatively opt in and accept these terms to participate. Servers who do not opt in earn no bonus regardless of serves completed.
3. Dispatched work. By opting in you agree to accept and prioritize assignments dispatched by ABC Legal during the program (including aged/backlog jobs). Participation is voluntary and does not change your status; independent contractors remain free to determine the manner and means of performing service.
4. Program length & periods. The program runs for four (4) consecutive weekly periods, Monday–Sunday Arizona time, beginning ~July 6, 2026. Each week is evaluated independently.
5. Independent weekly eligibility. You need not participate in or qualify for any given week to be eligible in another week. You are welcome to earn the bonus in any, all, or none of the four weeks.
6. Qualifying serves. Only completed serves submitted through ABC Legal's standard service workflow and confirmed within the same weekly period count. Disputed, reversed, voided, duplicate, or non-compliant serves do not count.
7. Personalized target — all-or-nothing, not cumulative. Each invited server has a personal weekly target and bonus amount, shown in your invitation. You earn that bonus for any weekly period in which you reach your personal target of completed serves; if you fall short, that week earns $0. The bonus is all-or-nothing (the full amount or nothing) and is earned per qualifying week — no partial or stacked bonus.
8. Off boarding / good standing — forfeiture. You must be active and in good standing with ABC Legal at the time bonuses are calculated and paid. If you are off boarded, deactivated, suspended, resign, or are terminated (voluntarily or for cause) during the program, you forfeit any unpaid bonus, including amounts for weeks already worked.
9. Conduct & service integrity. Falsified or non-compliant service, inaccurate affidavits, or failure to meet ABC's service standards disqualify the affected serves, may forfeit all bonuses, and may result in removal from the program and the network. ABC may audit serves and affidavits at any time.
10. Payment & taxes. Bonuses are paid on your regular pay cycle after each week's qualifying serves are confirmed. Bonuses are taxable income; 1099 participants are responsible for their own taxes. Bonuses are discretionary, promotional, and are not part of base or guaranteed compensation.
11. ABC's determination is final. ABC Legal determines eligibility, qualifying serves, tier placement, and bonus amounts in its sole discretion.
12. Right to modify or discontinue. ABC Legal may modify, suspend, or discontinue this program, or change targets and amounts, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice — including before all four weeks have run.
13. Confidentiality. This invitation and these terms are confidential and intended only for the invited recipient. Do not distribute or share.
