Priority Order Essentials

Key Information You Need to Know About Priority Orders and Their Expectations

Requirements to Qualify for Priority Bonus:

  • The job is advertised as a Priority job.

  • The job is attempted within 48 hours of claiming it.

  • Attempts are made every 48 hours thereafter until the job is resolved.

  • Failure to meet these requirements will result in forfeiture of the Priority bonus, and the payout will reflect only the base service rate or applicable non-bonus rates.

⚠️ Please only accept Priority orders if you have the availability and ability to fulfill them within the established parameters above.

General Expectations for All Priority Jobs

  • An attempt means a physical service attempt at the address. Skip tracing and address verification do not count as attempts.

  • Priority jobs should be attempted every 48 hours. If a job goes without an attempt, Process Server Performance may contact you by email, text, or phone, and the job may be reassigned or returned to the claimable queue.

Non-Priority Jobs and Overdue Tags

Only jobs explicitly designated as "Priority" are eligible for the Priority bonus.

A red Overdue tag on any job means attempts are late and an attempt should be made as soon as possible. If you claim a job and it already shows an Overdue tag, please contact Process Server Support for assistance and review. To learn more, see Overdue Orders.
