In Estonia, you don't need to create a company or register as self-employed: you sign a käsundusleping (authorization agreement) with Abillio, authorizing Abillio to invoice clients on your behalf.
Abillio is not intended as a substitute for regular salaried employment, only for occasional gigs, freelance or contract work.
