Money will be available for withdrawal once the customer has paid the invoice. Withdrawal can be initiated in the Payout tab or will be processed automatically if you have selected "Automatic payout" while creating the invoice.
Abillio processes payouts within 1 working day. After that, how quickly the money arrives depends on the payout method and on the banks involved.
Standard SEPA payments depend on clearing between banks, so it's not possible to predict exactly when the money arrives (usually within a few hours). Money sent on Friday evening usually arrives on Monday morning.
For EUR payments in SEPA (Eurozone) the commission is 1,00 EUR.
International payments in SWIFT can cost up to 15$ and usually take 3–5 working days, sometimes up to 14.
ACH payments (for USA-based accounts) are processed the same day.
If you’re sending other currency rather than the one that is supported by your bank account, there might be some FX fees on top (Forex Exchange).
Card payouts and Airtm are not currently available for Latvia tax residents — SEPA, SWIFT and PayPal are the available options today. Each payout method has to be separately set up per legal entity with its provider, so this can change; check with our team in chat for the current status.
