To start sending invoices and receiving payments, you will have to complete your account setup:
Personal data in the Account tab:
fill out your personal details in the "User information" section
then proceed to "Identification" tab and authorise your identity with one of the available options
Adding and verifying your personal bank account in the Account tab:
In the "Payout method" tab click "New payout method" to add your personal bank account for money withdrawals
If you have European bank account, add it under "SEPA bank transfer". If you your bank is outside Europe, please add your bank account under "SWIFT international transfer"
Complete all the obligatory fields and follow the instructions from the grey field.
Troubleshooting
I can't authorise my identity with existing methods ("Identification" tab)
Please send
1. A photo of your ID document (Passport - page with your personal data, or ID card - both sides)
2. Your selfie - you holding your document (to prove that it's you who wants to verify this identity)

My bank account is still not verified
Most likely, you didn’t complete all the steps when adding your bank account.
In the “Payout method” tab, click on the bank account that isn’t verified and follow the instructions.

My personal data fields are locked (gray)
If this happens, please reach out to us in the chat window, adding your personal data so we can fill them out.
