Money will be available for withdrawal once the customer has paid the invoice. Withdrawal can be initiated in the Payout tab or will be processed automatically if you have selected "Automatic payout" while creating the invoice.
Abillio processes payouts within 1 working day. After that, how quickly the money arrives depends on the payout method and on the banks involved.
Standard SEPA payments depend on clearing between banks, so it's not possible to predict exactly when the money arrives (usually within a few hours). Money sent on Friday evening usually arrives on Monday morning.
For EUR payments in SEPA (Eurozone) the fee is 1.00 EUR.
International payments in SWIFT cost up to $20 (actual cost) and usually take 3–5 working days, sometimes up to 14.
ACH payments (for USA-based accounts) are processed the same day.
If you’re sending other currency rather than the one that is supported by your bank account, there might be some FX fees on top (Forex Exchange).
PayPal payouts are also available and usually arrive the same day. Abillio doesn't charge a fee for PayPal payouts, but PayPal may charge its own fees, which differ by country and currency. Please check the fees for your country directly with PayPal.
If you're not a tax resident of Latvia or Estonia, card payouts (Visa/Mastercard, same business day, €1 to cards in Europe, $3/€3/£3 to cards elsewhere) and Airtm (same business day, 1.5%) are also available, in addition to SEPA, SWIFT and PayPal above.
