Once you've finalized your matching survey, and you're ready to share our the public link for mentors to sign up for Matching, we recommend including some more detail on instruction on the platform and how your team will be running the Matching program via Abode. Here's an example that we've started:

We’re excited to invite you to join our [Internship/New Hire] program as a [mentor/buddy]! To make the most of your experience and ensure seamless connections with your mentees, we’re using the Abode platform, designed to centralize and enhance the matching process.
Here’s how Abode Matchmaking works:
Abode will match mentees with mentors based on shared skills, interests, and goals using a custom survey that our team created
The platform keeps the matching process centralized and organized for an impactful mentorship experience
Throughout the mentorship program, we’ll continue to use Abode to share conversation starters, prompts, and reminders to check-in with your mentee
You won't be required to set up a username or password, as everything will be delivered via email (be on the lookout for emails from info@abodehr.com and make sure that you have it whitelisted in your email!)

You'll have the opportunity to share your skills, professional interests, and the areas where you’re excited to provide guidance. Get Matched with Your Mentees: Once matched, you’ll receive details about your mentee(s) from the [Company] team, next steps, and expectations.
