Your Pages Library

Folders, tags and search, for when you have more than a handful of pages.

The Pages Library is every page you’ve made. Once you have more than a handful, folders and tags are what keep it usable.

Folders

A page lives in one folder at a time. Drag pages between folders, nest folders inside each other, and rename any folder. Archiving a folder asks whether to archive what’s inside it or move those items out.

Tags

Tags cut across folders, so one page can carry several. Each tag has a color, and filtering by tag shows matching pages from every folder at once.

Finding a page

Search covers page titles. Filter by page type or status, and use Archived to see anything you’ve put away.
