Abode's Chat feature allows hiring teams to chat with their candidates (and vice versa!). Messages, documents, links, and rich media can be shared back and forth as well. The Chat is organized in chronological order, with the most recent conversations displayed at the top.
Tip! The Chat should be used for candidate-to-recruiter communication and not for technical support. Candidates can use the Help Icon in the lower right corner for any assistance with logging in, changing passwords, etc.
How to Access the Chat

Click the Chat icon in the Navigation Bar

Search for (or select) a Candidate to Chat with

Under Chat Settings, configure your notifications to be instant, daily, or turned off
