There are a few causes for a quiz to send an error message to the Moodle user. It is rare but possible that our servers get overloaded causing quizzes to crash and create an error page. If this happens stay calm and refresh the page. You should take screenshots of your answers (and the error message if applicable) as you go, just in case Moodle fails to record you final submission.
