If you're having issues logging onto Moodle make sure you follow the steps below:
Make sure your browser's cookies are activated.
Make sure you are on the correct site for: VET Students or HE Students
Your username is your student number, including the "A" before the number. (i.e. a150539)
Your password is personal and should never be shared. If you forgot your password, just click the "Lost Password?" link and follow the steps.
If you haven't received an email after following the steps, make sure to check your spam folder in your email.
And if it all fails, just contact our support team via our help app or moodle@ac.edu.au
