Our Amend Enrolment Form can be used to do the following:
Withdraw from a unit (before census date)
Enrol in a different unit.
Make changes to the same subject, e.g. payment method.
Request a leave of absence (suspending studies for one semester).
Intend to no longer study at AC.
If you would like to know the policy of withdrawing after the census date, please refer to this article.
Simply log in to the Enrolment Centre and click Submit Request. Then choose Amend Enrolment to start the form.
