We work with our payments partner Mangopay and all your money is kept in your e-wallets before being transferred over to your suppliers to pay bills. 

All the payments you have made to through acasa will be either transferred over to the suppliers as normal or will be refunded to you.
You will NOT be out of pocket.
We will continue to collect your bill payments in March as normal before transferring you to Glide or closing down your account.

Payments to and from housemates? 

If you have made payments to or from housemates recently, they will still go through. If you have not received a payment you were expecting, please check that you have a bank account added and that you have verified your ID.
