Overview

This course is specifically for people who will maintain the settings for the organisation. This course will provide the attendees with the necessary knowledge, to maintain users and manage the settings for the system.

Agenda:

  • Company settings.

  • Navigation pane items.

  • Risk assessment settings.

  • Electronic signatures.

  • Branch settings and variable explanations.

  • Client defaults and system settings.

  • Departments and Categories.

  • Web Account integrations.

  • User settings, access, and permissions.

  • Security profiles.

  • Application paths and variable mappings.

  • Contacts one vs many allowed.

  • Working with System settings.

  • Matter management:

    • Moving matters to different branches or users.

    • Moving matters to different clients and importing matters.

  • Matter variable reports.

  • Understanding Rates and Rate Tables.

Prerequisites

Attendees must have completed the Access Legal Case Management general user training course. Although not essential on the day, access to the config. requires a Citrix licence and login.
