Receive the signed document using the Docusign integration

The recipient

The person you selected as the recipient when you sent the document through Docusign, follows the steps below:

  1. Open the email and then select REVIEW DOCUMENT.
    ​Note: The email subject line contains the note detail from the file history item.

  2. Review the document then click Signature.

  3. Sign the document using the preferred method.

The requester

Once the recipient has signed the document, view the document in the following areas:

  • Attached to the email sent to the requester.

  • Within the matter file history.

  • Within DocuSign.

Note: In DocuSign, see the history of documents sent and signed, and the certificate details for the document.
