Time Recording against the production of Documents

After producing and saving a document, a pop up screen will appear. The main tab holds details to be filled in such as:

  • Who the time needs to go against

  • Type of document

  • Date of completion

  • Document you wish for it to sit in

  • Notes recorded in file history

Within Time and cost tab, this contains:

  • How many units have been recorded

  • Hourly rates

  • Extra time and costs

Ticking the Uncharged tick box the rates will be defaulted to 0. Default rates can be set within the system.
All time recording must be recorded against a matter.
