Assign ID documentation against the client record

To add Identification information and documents for the client:

  1. Click the ID Checktab.
    ​Tip: This area is also where the AML Check is done if this has been integrated.

  2. From the Proof of ID dropdown, select an option.

  3. Click on the Paperclip symbol.

  4. Browse to the folder which contains the file, and double-click to attach.

  5. Repeat this process for Proof of Address if required.
    ​Note: To add additional documents, click the Select file button.
