Matter related financial data can be located in ALCM, by following the steps below:

The first place you will notice this information is from your Dashboard. Please follow the steps below:
Open ALCM and you should already be defaulted to the Dashboard view, if not then select Dashboard from the blue/grey column on the left hand-side of your screen.
This screen displays various summaries, including Time and Bills, double-clicking on a sections banner will drill into it, giving a breakdown of the make up of the summary values.
You can also find information from a matter Ledger Card. Please follow the steps below:
From the ALCM Dashboard, click Matter.
Enter a Matter Number to Search all Matter then click on the spyglass and click on the matter which appears.
To view the matter ledger, click Ledger Card, the screen will default to display all items posted to a matter for your client.
While in the Ledger Card, to view bills and receipts only, click Bills & Receipts.
While in the Ledger Card, to view time recorded, click on the 4 light blue horizontal bars, on the right hand side of the blue/grey banner. Here you can use selection criteria to view the type of time you wish to see, including running a Billing Guide.
You can also view the total of you Time Recordings, Billing in the KPI section. Please follow the steps below:
From the ALCM Dashboard, click KPI.
On the top right hand-side of the purple banner, click on the drop downs menus to select Month and Department.
Supervisors will have an option to click on specified users from the blue/grey column on the right hand side of this screen.
Another place to view recorded time is under the Time Recorded option. Please follow the steps below:
From the ALCM Dashboard, click Time Recorded.
On the top right hand-side of the orange banner, click on the drop downs menus to select time Type and Department.
Clicking on individual recordings, will allow you to Open Case, Add Time. If time is unbilled, then it will also display options to Edit Time or Delete a posted recording.
