You can stop holiday from being booked across rota weeks to have cleaner rota and leave records, and fewer display issues when someoneâs holiday crosses into a new rota week.
When you enable it, employees canât book a single holiday that spans multiple rota weeks. If they need time off across two weeks, theyâll need to book it as two separate bookings, one week at a time.
đNote: This impacts all employees, if they need to book holiday over two rota weeks they need to book them a week at time.
To stop employees from booking holiday across multiple rotas and help to avoid issues with rota displays in regard to their booked holiday, follow the steps below:
Depending on your configuration, click Configuration or Admin Menu.
Click Settings then click Global.
Search for and select Leave Limit Booking to a Week.
Change Boolean to True.
Click Save.
