To log your idea on the ideas portal, watch the video or follow the steps below.
Sign into AHA or click Sign up and create an account.
Click ADD A NEW IDEA then select the relevant workspace.
Enter the details of your idea or vote for an existing idea.
If required, click Attach files then double-click the relevant file.
Click ADD IDEA.
AHA status types
When you submit an idea, the status of the idea shows which part of the journey the idea is on. In the table below, we describe each of the AHA statuses.
Status | When is this used? |
Under review | When you first submit your idea, we need to review it before we change the status.
Note: Ideas under review aren't visible on the ideas portal. |
Open for Voting | We've reviewed the idea and other customers can vote for it, for up to six months. |
Added To Product Backlog | We've added the idea to our roadmap. |
Now Available | We've implemented the idea. |
Already Planned | The idea is already on our roadmap. |
Closed - Already Exists | This functionality is already available. |
Closed - Will Not Implement | We've decided not to implement the idea. |
Closed - Not Applicable | The idea won't be brought forward. |

How many accounts can we have? | You can have an unlimited number of accounts for your organisation. |
Is there a limit on votes? | You have unlimited votes. |
Can I vote for an idea multiple times? | You can only vote once per idea. |
What happens with my idea after submission? | We review the idea and update the status. To check the status, click My ideas. |
How do I use AHA if I have multiple products? | Each product has a different URL for AHA.
You can use the same email address for all products, but they're treated as separate accounts. |
How do I find existing ideas? | When you log into your account, you can see all existing ideas. You can also search for specific ideas. |
How do I vote for an existing idea? | Next to the idea description, click Vote. |
How do I comment on an idea? | Search for an existing idea then click Add a comment to join the discussion. |
