In order for agency consultants to log into Access Recruit, you need to create the agency and then create login accounts. To do this, follow the steps in the sections below.
Create an agency
Click Sourcing then click Suppliers.
Click +New then enter a name for the source.
From the Source type drop-down menu, select Agency.
From the Analytics Source drop-down menu, select the relevant option.
Under Agency Contract, enter the relevant number of days.
Enter any other relevant details then click Create Candidate supplier.
Note: The agency creation form allocates which users have access to post positions to the agency. Therefore, you shouldn't select the Agencies user group in the User Groups section.
Create a consultant login account
Click Sourcing then click Suppliers.
Click the relevant agency then click the Consultants tab.
Click +New then complete all mandatory fields.
Enter any other relevant details then click Create User.
Note: You will need to email the login details for a Consultant account to the user or the Agency.
