Change multiple staff permissions
The best way to bulk change staff permissions is to create a group. You will need Administrator permissions to create a group.
The Administrator is to log in to Access Tax then select the Settings menu (cog wheel) in the top-right of screen.
Click on the Users tab and find a user you would like to add to the group.
Under the Groups tab, click on the Plus (+) icon on the right-hand side, name the group then click Save.
The new group will appear in the Groups list.
To change the permissions for the group, select a user within the Users tab again then click your new group.
This will bring up the permissions window. Select either Allow or Deny for each for each of the permissions. Click the Save button at the bottom.
To add additional members to the group, click on any of the desired users within the Users tab again then tick the desired group.
In the Groups tab, find the group and click the Permission tick box. Make your selections, then click Save.
Repeat step 7 and step 8 for each user.
