Upon assignment, your leads will be shown the attorney profile with a general overview of firm's information. Our data shows that having correct information is critical to increasing the conversion rate. This information on the profile should be set on the attorney portal as soon as possible and can be updated any time.
Navigate to 'Account' under 'Settings'. Alternatively, click here.
This will lead to this page:
Click 'Law Firm Information'.
Click 'Edit Info'.
Update the information and click 'SAVE'.
