To facilitate this process, you and your firm associates will receive real-time notifications when leads are sent to your firm. Please set or update the settings for how you would like to be notified by following below steps:
Navigate to 'Account' under 'Settings'. Alternatively, click here.
Click 'Notifications'.
Turn on or off email notifications and SMS notifications under "Notifications to Law Firm' for each member of your firm.
We help the leads get in touch with your firm by sending them notifications as well. Please follow these steps to choose which information about your firm is sent out to the leads:

Click 'Notifications'.
Under 'Notifications to Leads', choose whether to send your firm's email address and phone number via email, SMS, or both.
