Disputing a Lead

If a lead falls under the the described criteria for a refund, you can report it in your account to get a refund added to your wallet.

You can review and report leads in your account.

  • Navigate to 'Leads', and then click 'Purchased Leads', or alternatively, click here.

  • Click on the view icon under action to show lead details

  • To report, click 'Report Lead' on the bottom right

  • Choose a reason from the drop-down and add a short description to help us better understand the reasons behind the reported lead.
