How do I receive account information?

How account handoff works and why many purchases need live support coordination.

You receive account information through your AccountShark order and official support channel. For higher-risk accounts, support coordinates the handoff live so login, email, 2FA, and recovery details are handled in the right order.


📋 Step 1: Open the order page

The order page is the reference point for your purchase. Keep it open during delivery.


💬 Step 2: Join the official chat if requested

Some handoffs use a private order chat for live codes, questions, and confirmation. Do not move the handoff to a private DM with a seller or booster.


🔑 Step 3: Receive login details

  • Login email or username.

  • Current password or reset path.

  • Authenticator or 2FA instructions.

  • Email access or email-change instructions.

  • Recovery notes that were included with the listing.


🔍 Step 4: Verify before changing everything

Log in and check the account against the listing. Confirm the important assets, region, character, rank, cosmetics, or currency before you make irreversible changes.


🔐 Step 5: Secure it

Once the account matches the listing, follow How do I secure my new account?.

🚫 Do not: Do not accept account information from a random Discord DM. Do not pay a seller directly. Do not share codes with anyone outside the official order flow.
