Where is my boost or gold order?

What to do when a boost, gold, or service order is running late, and how to escalate inside the order.

When a boost, gold, currency, or service order runs late, the order itself is where to start. It holds the timeframe you agreed and the provider's most recent update. Services also run on their own schedules, and game conditions and delivery windows differ between them, so a late order is not always a stalled one.

  1. Re-read the order. Open it and check the stated objective, the timeframe, and the current status.

  2. Ask the provider. Request the update you are missing inside the order.

  3. Note anything that moves the window. A scheduling conflict, a game outage, a character that is unavailable, or a changed requirement can all push the finish later.

  4. Escalate once the stated timeframe has passed. Open the support or dispute option in the order. Go by that timeframe rather than a set number of hours, because there is no single delivery speed across services.

A provider going quiet does not mean the order has failed, and a delay on its own does not become a refund. Let the agreed timeframe run out before you escalate, and let support read the order before you assume an outcome. If the provider can still finish the work, that happens first. Where an order genuinely qualifies, the refund policy sets out which cases are refundable. If the timeframe has passed and you are still waiting, contact AccountShark support.
