Where is my boost or gold order?

Why service and currency timing changes and how updates are handled.

Boost and gold ETAs are estimates, not silent timers. Game maintenance, server congestion, queue times, supplier availability, and buyer availability can all change timing.


⏱️ Normal delay causes

  • Game maintenance or unexpected patch downtime.

  • Raid, ranked, dungeon, or marketplace queue delays.

  • Supplier or booster replacement for safety or availability.

  • Missing character, server, faction, or credential details.

  • Buyer unavailable during the agreed delivery window.


📊 Where updates appear

Active orders are updated through the order page and official support channel. If the order uses Discord coordination, keep the order chat available. If you cannot find the chat, follow How do I contact AccountShark support? with your order number.


⚠️ When to escalate

🎮 ETAs are estimates, not deadlines: game maintenance, queue times, and booster schedule overlap can stretch them. Check the order chat for a current update before pinging support.
