These guidelines apply to approved AccountShark currency suppliers.
Currency suppliers are onboarded separately from regular sellers because supplying gold and in-game currency requires reliable inventory, consistent delivery, and compliance with the delivery standards for each supported game.
Approval gives you access to currency work. Keeping that access depends on your ability to fulfill it safely and reliably.
🔐 Who can supply currency?
Only approved AccountShark currency suppliers can fulfill currency orders.
Suppliers apply through the AccountShark Jobs page and must complete the required identity verification before going live.
When reviewing an application, AccountShark may consider:
Games and regions you can supply
Available inventory
Expected and maximum volume
Delivery methods
Availability and delivery speed
Previous supplying or sales experience
Order history and feedback where available
Your ability to meet AccountShark's compliance requirements
Approval for another AccountShark role does not automatically make you an approved currency supplier.
💰 What can you supply?
Approved suppliers may provide the in-game gold, coins, credits, or other supported currency available through AccountShark for the games and regions they have been approved to cover.
You must have legitimate control of the inventory you offer and be able to deliver it using the approved method for that order.
Do not accept an order you cannot fulfill within its stated delivery time.
🚫 What is prohibited?
Currency suppliers may not:
Supply stolen or fraudulently obtained currency
Use cheats, exploits, duplication methods, or unauthorized tools to create inventory
Use delivery methods designed to conceal fraudulent activity
Intentionally expose a buyer's account to unnecessary penalties, bans, or restrictions
Accept orders without sufficient inventory or a realistic way to obtain it in time
Substitute a different game, region, server, amount, recipient, or delivery method without approval
Ask a buyer for additional payment outside their AccountShark order
Move a transaction to another marketplace or payment method
Falsify, alter, or reuse delivery evidence
Mark currency as delivered before the full agreed amount has actually been transferred
Access or interfere with a buyer's account beyond what the approved delivery method requires
Fraudulent or intentionally unsafe currency can result in immediate loss of supplier access and further account action.
📦 Before accepting an order
Make sure you can fulfill the entire order before accepting it.
Check:
Game
Region
Server where applicable
Currency and amount
Buyer recipient or character information
Delivery method
Required delivery time
Do not oversell your available inventory or accept more active orders than you can reliably fulfill.
If your inventory or availability changes, update AccountShark rather than continuing to accept orders you cannot complete.
Repeated cancellations, late deliveries, or inventory failures can result in your supplier access being restricted.
🚚 Delivering currency
Follow the delivery method shown or agreed in the AccountShark order.
Depending on the game, delivery may use methods such as face-to-face trade, in-game mail, auction or marketplace transactions, or another approved in-game transfer method.
Deliver only to the recipient identified in the order.
If the buyer asks you to change the recipient, server, amount, or delivery method, confirm the change inside the AccountShark order before sending anything.
Never rely solely on instructions sent through Discord or another outside service.
📸 Keep proof of delivery
Currency transactions can be difficult to reverse, so keep clear evidence of what you delivered.
Where applicable, this can include:
The recipient or character name
The amount transferred
Screenshots of the trade or delivery
In-game transaction records
Confirmation of successful delivery
Relevant order chat
Your evidence should show enough information to connect the delivery to the AccountShark order.
Do not edit or manipulate delivery evidence.
✅ Completing an order
Mark the order delivered only after the full agreed amount has been successfully transferred.
Do not mark an order complete because:
Part of the currency was delivered
You expect to send the remainder later
The buyer is temporarily unavailable
You need the order closed for payout
You delivered to a different recipient without confirmation
If only part of an order can be fulfilled, stop and resolve it through the order before continuing.
⚠️ Delivery risk and buyer accounts
Different games treat currency trading differently.
Follow the delivery requirements and risk disclosures applicable to the game you are supplying.
Do not deliberately use a delivery method that creates unnecessary risk for the buyer simply because it is faster, cheaper, or easier for you.
If a particular delivery carries a material risk the buyer is required to know about, that risk must be disclosed through the applicable AccountShark process before delivery.
💬 Problems and disputes
If something goes wrong, respond promptly through the order.
Provide any requested delivery evidence and explain what happened clearly.
AccountShark may review:
Order details
Buyer recipient information
Order messages
Delivery evidence
In-game transaction information
The amount and method used
Actions taken by both the buyer and supplier
Do not attempt a second delivery, change recipients, or make another transfer after a disputed transaction unless the order or AccountShark Support tells you to proceed.
💵 Supplier fees and payouts
AccountShark charges currency suppliers a 3% fee on completed currency orders.
For example:
$100 order → $3 supplier fee → $97 in earnings
The buyer's service fee is separate and does not come out of your $97.
See When do sellers and boosters get paid? for the current payout process and when currency earnings become available for withdrawal.
🛑 Keeping supplier access
Currency supplier approval is ongoing, not permanent permission to supply regardless of performance.
AccountShark may restrict or remove supplier access for problems such as:
Repeated late or canceled orders
Consistently insufficient inventory
Poor or missing delivery evidence
Ignoring approved delivery procedures
Repeated buyer disputes
Unsafe sourcing or delivery practices
Misrepresenting inventory or capacity
Off-platform transactions
Fraud or intentionally unsafe currency
Serious violations may also affect your entire AccountShark account.
The standard Seller rules apply alongside these guidelines. Where a currency-specific requirement is stricter, follow the currency requirement.
