Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, Chime, bank wire, and cryptocurrency are our preferred payment methods. They settle quickly and avoid the third-party processor fees that come with cards, which keeps your total lower and our flow simpler. Stripe-routed methods (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) are still available if you prefer them, but the methods on this page are our default.
💳 Which methods work for you
Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, and Chime are US bank and app rails. US buyers only.
Bank wire works internationally. Our preferred rail for higher-value orders.
Cryptocurrency works internationally. Pick the right network for the coin you are sending. More on that below.
📋 Where the payment details come from
Once your order is approved for payment, the recipient details (Zelle email, Venmo handle, Cash App tag, wire details, or crypto wallet address) are posted in your order dashboard along with the exact amount and your order number. Send to exactly those details, for that order, in that amount.
If you want to double-check anything before sending (that the address is current, that you have the right network selected, that the amount is right), ask in your order chat, on our Discord, or via live chat on the website. We would rather confirm twice than chase a misrouted payment.
🔢 Including the order number
Add the order number to the payment memo or note when the method allows it (Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, Chime, and wire all have a memo or reference field). For crypto, the wallet address we give you is unique to your order, so no memo is needed.
🌐 Crypto: pick the right network
Each cryptocurrency runs on one or more networks: BTC on Bitcoin, ETH and USDC/USDT on ERC-20, USDT also on TRC-20, and so on. The wallet address we give you is for one specific network. Sending the right coin on the wrong network permanently loses the funds, and we cannot recover them.
If you are not 100% sure your wallet supports the network we asked you to use, confirm with us before sending. A 30-second double-check prevents a permanent loss.
🔐 Crypto network warning: we cannot recover funds sent on the wrong network. If you have any doubt about whether your wallet supports the network we specified (ERC-20, TRC-20, Bitcoin mainnet, etc.), confirm with us before pressing send.
📸 Save your confirmation
Keep the transaction confirmation after you send: the transaction hash for crypto, the transaction ID or in-app receipt for bank apps, the SWIFT or ABA confirmation for wire. We mark the order as paid once we see the funds. If the order has not updated within the expected window for your method, share your confirmation in the order chat and we will track it down.
💬 Need help during payment
Reach us on any of these and we will respond:
Your order chat: fastest, already attached to the transaction.
Discord: see Does AccountShark use Discord?.
Live chat on the website.
Email or the contact form.
We would rather answer "is this the right address?" before you send than try to recover a mistake after.
