Use the status page at accountshark.net/sell/status with your lookup code or your submission email to see where your sell request stands. The status page works without an account and without signing in.
🔍 Two ways to look up your submission
Lookup code. Paste the code from your submission confirmation. The page takes you straight to that submission.
Email or Discord handle. If you remember the email or Discord you submitted with, the page returns a list of every submission tied to it.
🦈 Save the code: Your lookup code is generated the moment you submit. Copy it before you leave the confirmation page. Recovering a lost code takes longer than the status check itself.
📊 What each status means
Status | What is happening |
Submitted | We received the submission and will review it soon. |
In Review | We are reviewing the submission and may reach out for proof or clarification. |
Negotiating | We are discussing terms: buyout vs consignment, pricing, and payout method. |
Consigned | Terms are agreed and we are preparing to list the account. |
Agreement Sent / Signed | The seller agreement is being finalized. Check your email for the signing link. |
Listed | The account is live on the marketplace. |
Buyer Found | A buyer is interested and we are coordinating the handoff. |
Sold | The account has sold and payout is being processed. |
Declined | We could not proceed with this submission. The detail page explains why. |
Cancelled | The submission was cancelled, either by you or because the listing window closed. |
🔐 Treat your code like a password: Anyone who has your lookup code can view your submission. Do not post it in public Discord channels, public forums, or shared screenshots.
🔄 What you can do from the status page
View submission details including title, game, and current status description.
Request edits while the submission is still in early statuses. See How do I edit or withdraw my listing?.
Track agreement signing once the signing link has been sent.
See payout status after a sale completes.
💡 Quick tip: Check the status page before pinging support. Most "what is happening with my submission" questions are already answered by the current status and its on-page description.
🔑 Lost your lookup code
Look up by email or Discord instead, or contact us through How do I contact AccountShark support? with the email and game you submitted under. We can resend the code once we verify the submission belongs to you.
