Order chat is the official place to talk to the other party about your transaction. Every message, every credential that changes hands, and every screenshot you attach stays with the order. If the two of you end up disagreeing about what was promised or what was delivered, that thread is what AccountShark support reads before deciding anything.
Belongs in order chat | Does not belong in order chat |
Delivery instructions and coordination. | Card numbers and banking passwords. |
Credentials and information the order legitimately requires. | Identity documents unrelated to the order. |
Screenshots and evidence. | Any access beyond what the approved delivery method needs. |
Questions, support requests, and issue reports. | Any request to move payment or delivery off AccountShark, which you should report. |
Before you send credentials or anything else sensitive, check who is asking and why the order needs it. Support will never ask you for a password, a recovery code, or a 2FA code, in order chat or anywhere else, so treat any message that does as an impostor and report it.
Keep the thread intact while an issue is open, and keep the follow-up in it rather than moving to private messages. Support compares the listing, the order terms, the delivery, and the evidence, and it can only compare what is still there.
