Fulfilling an order is the part of selling that decides whether your payout goes through cleanly. Check the account or service against the order terms before you hand anything over, and keep the evidence where support can see it.
✅ Before you deliver
Open the order and confirm it is ready for your action.
Read the exact product, access, amount, and delivery instructions on it.
Raise any inventory, access, schedule, or method conflict before you deliver, not after.
Deliver only through the approved order flow.
Upload or record the evidence the method requires, and stay reachable until the order completes.
🤝 Handing off an account
When the account sells you coordinate the handoff with the buyer in the order chat. Give them everything they need to take control: email, password, usernames, and the security question and answer where those apply. Before you send the details, remove your own footprint from the account:
Two-factor authentication (2FA).
Phone numbers.
Saved payment methods.
Linked accounts.
Anything you leave behind can stop the buyer securing the account and hold the order open.
✅ A complete handoff: the buyer can log in and take full control without needing to come back to you. If your listing promised full email access, the email login is part of what you hand over here, so promise it only when you can pass it on.
🕒 Confirmation and payout
Once you have delivered and the buyer has secured the account, click Confirm Delivery. The buyer then confirms on their end, and the order confirms itself if they do nothing. A polite reminder to confirm is fine. The release window runs on its own clock either way, and pushing or threatening a buyer into confirming is a seller conduct violation.
✅ Tip: deliver inside the order rather than over Discord or another messenger, and do not deliver to a different person, character, or server without AccountShark confirming the change first.

When do I get paid after delivering?
Confirm delivery, and the buyer has a review window to confirm before the order auto-confirms. Funds then release to your seller wallet. Money from an account sale is held there for a period after the order completes, while boost earnings are withdrawable straight away.
