You delete your AccountShark account from your account settings. Sign in, open your settings, choose the account deletion option, and confirm when prompted. If you cannot find it, contact support and they will take the request for you.
⚠️ Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once the account is deleted it cannot be restored, and there is no grace period.
✅ Do these first
Deletion will not run while something is still open on your account. Clear these two and the request goes through:
Withdraw your balance. Deletion is blocked while money is still owed to you, whether that is a payout in progress, a sale with an approved payout not yet paid, or a booster balance you have not withdrawn.
Close out any open order. An order still in progress holds the deletion until it is settled.

Your profile is stripped, and your reviews and feedback come down with it. Any rewards credits on the account are cleared and are not paid out, so spend or withdraw whatever you want to keep before you start. None of it can be restored afterwards.
📁 Your data
AccountShark keeps minimal data for up to 12 months after a deletion request, so a late dispute can still be resolved, along with a limited record kept for legal and privacy obligations. Everything else follows the Privacy Policy.
