Buyers do not always respond immediately. What you should do depends on whether you are waiting to deliver the order, waiting for delivery confirmation, or already dealing with an issue.
š¦ The buyer stopped responding after delivery
If you have completed delivery and the buyer simply has not confirmed the order, you generally do not need to do anything.
Buyers get a review window after delivery. If they do not report a problem or confirm it themselves, the order automatically completes when that window ends. See Apex Protection for sellers for how long it runs.
You can send a polite reminder, but do not repeatedly message or pressure the buyer to confirm delivery early. The review period is there so buyers have enough time to make sure they received what they purchased.
Once the order completes, the funds are released to your Seller wallet as normal.
ā³ You need information before you can deliver
Some orders cannot be completed until the buyer provides something, such as their character name, server, region, platform, scheduling availability, or other delivery information.
Send a clear message explaining exactly what you need and why you cannot proceed without it.
If the buyer remains unavailable and your delivery deadline is approaching, contact AccountShark support through the order rather than allowing the delivery window to expire without explanation.
Your order messages create a record showing that you were ready to deliver and were waiting on information from the buyer.
For information you routinely need from every buyer, include it in your listing or delivery requirements whenever possible.
š¬ The buyer stopped responding during a problem
If the buyer reported an issue and then disappeared, do not assume the problem has been resolved.
Send one follow-up asking them to respond when available, then keep everything relevant to the issue in the order:
What and when you delivered
Messages between you and the buyer
Screenshots or other delivery evidence
Any solution or replacement you offered
If a dispute is already open, AccountShark can review that record even when one side stops responding. Follow any requests from support and provide whatever evidence is requested.
ā ļø Do not pressure buyers to complete an order
A buyer being slow to respond is not a reason to repeatedly ask them to confirm delivery.
This is especially important during the review window. Sellers may remind buyers that the order is waiting for confirmation, but threatening, harassing, or pressuring a buyer to release payment can result in a seller penalty.
If you have delivered everything promised, your job is finished. Let the order process handle the rest.
ā What if the buyer comes back later?
If the order has already completed and the buyer later reports a problem, respond through the order and check whether the issue is covered by any applicable warranty.
For account purchases, a claimed account reclaim may fall under AccountShark's separate 12-month Account Warranty.
If you are unsure whether you are still responsible for the issue, contact support rather than making promises to the buyer yourself.
