What does the "Submission Method" mean on the Patient Triage reporting dashboards?
There are multiple routes that a Patient Triage request can be submitted. You can filter your Patient Triage dashboard to view the data between the different methods:
NHS App - When patients have submitted their request via the NHS App.
Reception - When admin staff have submitted a request on behalf of a patient via the Accurx Inbox.
Website - When patients have submitted their request via your Patient Triage link on your website, or within your SMS templates.
How do I find out the data around how many of each specific topic has been submitted through Patient Triage? (eg repeat prescriptions, fit notes, medical requests, etc)

To find out how many requests for specific topics your organisation has received through Patient Triage, you can:
Navigate to the "Long-term Planning" dashboard
Expand each month's data under the "How do topic requests volumes compare year-on-year and month-on-month?" by clicking on the "+" icon next to a month.
You will then be able to see the total requests for each topic for the month you've expanded, including the percentage of that topic compared to all requests, as well as the month-on-month and year-on-year growth.
Can I audit individual users who complete and respond to Patient Triage requests?

Sadly, the Power BI reporting dashboards don’t provide data that breaks down usage by individual users. While the Patient Triage Dashboard gives you a good overview of how requests are being handled, it only shows aggregated data rather than details for specific users.
This is because we only hold surface data around the usage of the products at an aggregate level, not at an individual level. This is because Accurx is just a processor of the data in this situation, and our current data processing agreement doesn't allow us to share individual-level data.

The in-product reporting dashboards don't hold any identifiable data on specific users and patients, so the dashboards will not be able to pull a list of patients who have been sent a Questionnaire. The dashboards also won't be able to pull a list of patients who have/haven't responded to a Questionnaire.
