Deleting a schedule in your project is a straightforward process, but it comes with specific requirements and conditions. Follow the steps below to ensure you can successfully delete a schedule when needed.
Who can delete schedule?
Only users with the following project-level permissions can delete a schedule:
Admin: Can delete schedules.
Creator: Can delete schedules.
Editor: Cannot delete schedules.
Viewer: Cannot delete schedules.

Steps to Delete a Schedule
Check Schedule for Products:
Locate the schedule you wish to delete.
Before attempting to delete a schedule, ensure it does not contain any products.
If products are present, you must remove all products from the schedule first.
Access the Delete Option:
Click on the three-dot menu at the end of toolbar of the schedule.
Delete the Schedule:
If the schedule is empty:
Click the "Delete Schedule" option from the menu.
A warning message will appear to confirm your action. Proceed by confirming to delete the schedule.
If the schedule contains products:
Attempting to delete will trigger a "Cannot Delete Schedule" pop-up message. Remove all products first, then follow the delete process again.
