Acelab supplies all the information available on the public web. However, sometimes, certain information is not available on the web and therefore will not show on Acelab. There are a variety of places to request missing product information, please see below.
Request Information from a Product Page
You can request information from a Product Page, a shortlist, the Product Concierge, and Support Chat. Within the app, requesting information will look the same whether it is from the product page or the shortlist. When you click on the 'Request Information' button throughout the app you will be lead through the next steps.
There will then be a pop-up requesting additional information. You can select which project the request is for or for General Research. Only one project may be selected.
⭐ Best Practice Recommendation: To help answer the request as quickly and smoothly as possible, it is helpful to select a project and also have the Project Info section completed, learn more here. Even more helpful is to have documents uploaded within the Project.
Once the project has been selected, or created, the next pop-up will ask for more specifics on the information requested. This is a multi-select option. Once the choices have been made, select 'Connect with an Expert'.
If you reach out to the support chat or product concierge, an information request will be completed for you on the backend.
Now that a request has been submitted, go explore more products while our team of experts or the product rep works on your request. You will get a response via your conversations tab in Acelab and you will get an email alerting you that there is a response.
Please note: Depending on your request, the product experts may need additional information before they can complete the request. Please respond to their request for information in a timely manner to ensure the smoothest and quickest turnaround.
